Bio
Andrew Caruso is an interdisciplinary artist based in Phoenix, Arizona. Born and raised in Phoenix, he earned a BFA in Printmaking from Arizona State University in 2014, followed by an MFA in Printmaking from the same institution in 2020. Caruso has exhibited his work nationally and internationally and has led workshops and delivered lectures at national conferences. His previous practice examined social class, segregation, and the relationship between students and the Arizona public school system within the broader context of the United States. In 2021, Caruso founded Galatea Editions, an independent lithography press and studio, where he collaborates with artists across the country to produce fine art editions.
